Last spring, Chen Ming and his friends went to the school garden every week. They enjoyed planting flowers and watching the seeds grow. One day, a small bird started to build a nest in the big tree near the garden. Chen Ming and his friends could not stop watching it. They were so happy to see new life begin in the warm spring sun.
Summer came, and the weather was very hot. Chen Ming could not play outside in the afternoon, so he decided to stay home and read books. He also wanted to learn to swim, so he went to the pool every Saturday morning. By the end of July, he could swim well and was very proud of himself.
When autumn arrived, the leaves on the trees turned yellow and red. Chen Ming's family liked to walk in the park after dinner. His younger sister was always collecting colorful leaves for her school project. She had many beautiful leaves in different shapes and sizes. Chen Ming thought autumn was the most beautiful season of all.
Last winter, the weather was cold and rainy. Before the holiday break, Chen Ming's class had a party. Everyone was laughing and singing together. Chen Ming felt very happy because he knew he had many good friends around him.
Now, spring is coming again. This year, Chen Ming is going to study harder and join more school activities. He will also try to make new friends. He hopes to create many more happy memories with the people he loves.
