Today is an important day for our class. We have a basketball game against Class 5. The gym is full of students. How loud and excited the crowd is! Everyone wants our team to win.

Both teams play very hard. Our classmates cheer for every good shot. In the last minute, the score is close. Then Tom gets the ball and runs fast. He shoots and scores two points! What a great shot! We all jump up and shout with joy. How happy we all are!

Our team wins the game. After the game, we talk about it for a long time. What a wonderful game it is! We are all very proud of our team. What a happy day!

How + 形容詞 + 主詞 + be 動詞! How + adj. + S + be 動詞! 感嘆句「How ...!」用來表達對某件事的強烈感受，例如驚喜或開心。How 後面直接接形容詞，再依序加主詞與 be 動詞，注意主詞和動詞的順序不倒裝，句末要用驚嘆號。

What a/an + 形容詞 + 名詞! What + a/an + adj. + n. + (S + V)! 感嘆句「What ...!」用來對某樣事物或某件事情發出驚嘆。What 後面接「a/an + 形容詞 + 名詞」，之後可以再加主詞和動詞讓句子更完整。名詞為複數或不可數名詞時不加 a/an。

What a/an + 形容詞 + 名詞 + it is! What + a/an + adj. + n. + it is! 這是「What ...!」感嘆句的完整句型，在名詞後面加上 it is，讓語氣更充分。常用來感嘆某件事情的整體狀態，例如比賽、天氣或某一天的心情，在口語和書寫中都很常見。
