Today is an important day for our class. We have a basketball game against Class 5. The gym is full of students. How loud and excited the crowd is! Everyone wants our team to win.

Both teams play very hard. Our classmates cheer for every good shot. In the last minute, the score is close. Then Tom gets the ball and runs fast. He shoots and scores two points! What a great shot! We all jump up and shout with joy. How happy we all are!

Our team wins the game. After the game, we talk about it for a long time. What a wonderful game it is! We are all very proud of our team. What a happy day!

What a/an + 形容詞 + 名詞! What + a/an + adj. + n. + (S + V)! 感叹句「What ...!」用来对某样事物或某件事情发出惊叹。What 后面接「a/an + 形容词 + 名词」，之后可以再加主词和动词让句子更完整。名词为复数或不可数名词时不加 a/an。

What a/an + 形容詞 + 名詞 + it is! What + a/an + adj. + n. + it is! 这是「What ...!」感叹句的完整句型，在名词后面加上 it is，让语气更充分。常用来感叹某件事情的整体状态，例如比赛、天气或某一天的心情，在口语和书写中都很常见。
